TERMS
Terms of Use
Effective version: 2026-09-29-beta-3
These Terms govern use of the DiscoverGraph invite/public beta operated by the DiscoverGraph operator. By creating an account or requesting a scan, you agree to these Terms and the linked Acceptable Use rules.
1. The beta service
DiscoverGraph analyzes bounded public-web evidence and produces automated readiness findings, external enrichments when configured, AI inference when requested, and recommendations. Features, limits, scoring and availability may change during beta.
2. Accounts, invitations and access
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and activity under your account. During an invite beta, registration can require a valid invitation. Invite links are for controlled beta access, can expire or be disabled, and may be restricted to a specific email address or number of uses. Do not sell or publicly redistribute restricted invite links. We may apply daily scan limits, attempt limits, worker limits, page-depth limits and other safeguards. Competitive audits consume one normal scan allowance for each submitted site. Normal users receive the Standard Audit (up to 5 representative pages); deeper audit access can be restricted to administrator/testing or future paid access.
3. URL authorization
For every scan you request, you confirm that the target is a public-web resource and that you are authorized or otherwise have a legitimate basis to request the analysis. You must not use DiscoverGraph to bypass access controls or conduct prohibited security testing.
4. Your content and public evidence
You retain rights you have in information you submit. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary to process submitted URLs, store resulting audit evidence/reports, store optional product-workspace action status/notes, and operate comparison/history features. Anonymous scan evidence/results may also be used for scanner testing and improvement as disclosed before submission. Recurring calibration of a registered product requires a separate product-level opt-in. Do not submit secrets, credentials or unnecessary personal data.
5. Voluntary Calibration Program
Registered users may separately enroll a product in the DiscoverGraph Calibration Program. By opting in, you confirm that you own/administer the target or otherwise have permission to authorize recurring bounded public scans. The permission covers periodic calibration scans, retention/comparison of their public evidence and scanner outputs, and use of optional owner-confirmed product facts for accuracy testing. Participation is optional and can be withdrawn from the Product Workspace. A one-time scan or competitive audit does not by itself authorize recurring calibration of a third-party site. See the Calibration Program.
6. Automated results
Reports can be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated. A readiness score is not a search ranking, certification or guarantee. AI inference and recommendations require human review. See the Methodology and Disclaimer.
7. Third-party services
DiscoverGraph may use configured third-party services such as PageSpeed Insights or optional AI analysis. Their availability and outputs are outside DiscoverGraph's control and may be subject to separate provider terms.
8. AS-IS beta; no warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DISCOVERGRAPH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free reports, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, ranking improvement, traffic growth, AI citation, conversion improvement or business results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the DiscoverGraph operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or losses caused by relying on automated recommendations. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid for DiscoverGraph during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.
10. Suspension and termination
We may refuse scans or suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, quota evasion, excessive load or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Eligible registered users can delete their live account and owned application data from the Account page, or request privacy help through the contact page.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Material updates will use a new legal version. Continued use after an update may require renewed acceptance.
